Additionaly:
  • You can plan your workday with flexible working hours and up to four days of mobile working per week with us. As an Area Sales Manager, due to your regular travel activities, you may have the opportunity to work full remote
  • You have 30 days of vacation with us and the option to take an additional 30 days of workation in the EU each year. Based on duties of your position

  • As an Area Sales Manager, you will be traveling in a company car, primarily covering the Rhône-Alpes region

Your tasks will include
  • You build long-term partnerships and networks, mainly in the metal- and woodworking branche in the area Rhône-Alpes, around Lyon
  • With your sales intuition, you identify potential new customers and develop business fields with existing customers
  • During initial inspections of projects in the metal- and wood processing segments, you capture detailed scope-/ scale requirements
  • You develop business proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and bring them to a close. Additionaly, you develop assessments and sales strategies
  • As a central component for the France location, you work closely with the Country Manager, Head of Operations Cetnral Europa, the Business Development management, and the management in Germany

  • You know the metal and/or woodworking industry well and bring an existing network of potential sellers
  • Networking is not only necessary but also a passion for you
  • As a self-organized professional, juggling multiple tasks at once is no issue for you 
  • Sales is in your DNA and you have a solid technical understanding of metal and woodworking machinery
  • You have a talent for building customer relationships and contacts, as well as for tapping into new market segments
  • Regularly traveling by car within France is a quality of life aspect for you

Ton activité
  • Vous êtes responsable de l’acquisition de nouveaux vendeurs dans le sud de la France (région Auvergne Rhône Alpes)
  • En collaboration avec le chef de projet, vous participez à la commercialisation de tous nos services ainsi qu’au développement des ventes 
  • Vous prospectez et créez votre portefeuille de clients
  • Vous êtes responsable de la réalisation des objectifs fixés par le Country Manager France
  • Vous organisez des réunions d’affaires et vous êtes le premier à contacter les vendeurs potentiels
  • Vous représentez l’entreprise et procédez à une première inspection du projet
  • Vous conseillez les clients sur nos solutions et nos possibilités de partenariat
  • Vous élaborez des propositions commerciales et négociez des contrats
  • Vous accompagnez vos clients pendant leur projet
  • Vous rendez régulièrement compte de vos actions et de vos résultats au Country Manager France
Ce que l'on attend de toi
  • Vous êtes de nature ambitieuse, curieuse et volontaire
  • Vous aimez négocier et travailler en équipe-la vente est dans votre ADN
  • Vous aimez travailler de manière indépendante
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle dans la vente; dans l’industrie du bois ou du travail des métaux; des connaissances techniques sont également un atout.
  • Vous disposez d’un réseau en France
  • Vous vous décrivez comme une personne structurée et organisée
  • Vous avez suivi une formation technique ou commerciale ou un diplôme équivalent
